Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "GTC") define the terms and conditions of access to and use of the website https://www.arya.com and the ARYA application (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Platform").

Browsing the Platform implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

In the event of any conflict between these GTC and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC), the GTC shall prevail with regard to all matters concerning ordering, payment, the performance of paid services, invoicing, termination, and refunds.

Terms defined in the GTC have the same meaning in these GTC when capitalized.

Article 2 – Access to the Platform
